Pumpkin Mousse: Major taste, minor cals and fat. What you need: Two packets of instant fat-free/sugar-free vanilla pudding, 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, two cups skim milk, one 15-oz. can of pumpkin, and one tub of fat-free Cool Whip. Make the pudding with the milk and once it’s ready, fold in the other ingredients, stick it in the fridge, and you’ve got yourself some guilt-free dessert.
